I’m Mindy, founder of The Alternate Address in Littleton, Colorado. I created this business from a love of making everyday spaces feel welcoming, memorable, and connected to the experience outside their doors.
I help vacation-rental and RV owners turn overlooked rooms into stays guests notice—and support the details behind those stays through thoughtful co-hosting. My approach is personal, practical, and budget-conscious: work with what is already there, invest where it matters, and choose durable details that photograph beautifully and work for real guests.
Whether it is a mountain cabin, coastal retreat, guest suite, or home on wheels, I believe every alternate address deserves its own point of view.
